Artist: Aagaard Carl Frederic Denmark 1833 to 1895

The artist Carl Fredrik Aagaard was born in Denmark and studied painting at the Danish Royal Academy. He began his career and got to work under the influence of the landscape painter Peter Skoovgaard, which was the most influential. Aagaard first exhibited his oil paintings in 1857.
