James Ward was born in London, England, in 1769 and passed on in 1859. He was a painter and an etcher. His topic went from authenticity to imagery and folklore. However, the more significant part of his works was of creatures. His work is delegated sentimental in light of the radiant feeling it discharges. Ward was known as one of the best creature painters of his time and supported British Art. He conveyed that specialized ability, carefulness, and fine-tuned tolerance into his paintings, Beginning as an etcher. In 1811 he was acknowledged into the Royal Academy.
