Ernst Ludwig Kirchner was born in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Following quite a while of movement, his family became comfortable with Chemnitz in 1890. From 1901 to 1905, he examined design at the Dresden Technische Hochschule and pictorial artistry in Munich at the Kunsthochschule and a trial craftsmanship school Wilhelm von Debschitz and Hermann Obrist. While in Munich, he delivered his first woodcuts; the realistic expressions were to become as imperative to him as painting. Around then, he was attracted to Neo-Impressionism just as to the senior experts.
