Alexandre Cabanel was born in Montpellier, France. His expertise in painting was apparent by the age of 11. His dad couldn’t manage his preparation cost, yet in 1839 his specialty gave him the award to go to Paris. This empowered him to enroll at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts the following October as an understudy of Francois-Edouard Picot. His artistic creations before long stood out, and by his Birth of Venus (1863), he got acclaimed, being chosen that year for the Institute. He turned into the most famous picture painter of the day. Cabanel was an influential scholarly painter; his 1863 artwork Birth of Venus is extraordinary compared to other known instances of nineteenth-century academic work of art.
